1. Summary
In short: OLG Land has no account and no server. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. We do not collect, receive, sell or share your app data. There are no analytics, no ads and no tracking. The only personal data we ever receive is what you choose to send us by email.
2. Who we are
The app OLG Land — Land Lease Manager ("OLG Land", "the app") and the website olgapp.dev are published by OLG, 12 Avenue de la Tuilerie, 58150 Pouilly-sur-Loire, France ("we", "us"). For the limited personal data we handle (support emails), OLG is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data in the app
OLG Land is a personal, offline register. You do not create an account, and the app does not send your records to us or to any server. The following information is stored only on your iPhone, in the app's local storage:
- land plots and their details;
- lease agreements;
- payments and financial transactions;
- events and reminders;
- simple territory plans;
- calculations you make with the land calculators;
- up to 6 photos per plot, which the app copies from your photo library when you add them.
Because this data never reaches us, we cannot see it, access it, recover it or delete it for you. If you delete the app, iOS removes this data from your device. Your iPhone's own device backups (for example, iCloud Backup or a computer backup, if you use them) may include app data under Apple's terms; that is controlled by you and Apple, not by us.
4. Other people's data you enter
Your records may include information about other people — for example a tenant's or landlord's name and contact notes. This information also stays only on your device. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store and use it, and for handling it in line with the privacy laws that apply to you.
5. Permissions
The app asks for a permission only when you use a feature that needs it, and you can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Backup and restore files
You can export your data to a backup file and restore it later. The file is created on your device, and you decide where to save or send it (for example, the Files app, a cloud drive or an email). We never receive it.
Important: the backup file is not encrypted. Anyone who gets a copy of it can read the records inside, including financial details and any information about other people. Store it somewhere safe, and only share it with people you trust.
7. No analytics, advertising or tracking
OLG Land contains no analytics tools, no advertising, no third-party tracking and no cross-app tracking. We do not build profiles, sell personal data or share it for advertising. The app is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
8. This website
olgapp.dev is a simple static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts or third-party scripts, and it has no forms. We do not collect personal data through the website. Like any web server, our hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP addresses) in short-lived server logs needed to deliver and secure the site.
9. Support emails
If you email us at acres@olgapp.dev, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and help with your request. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and we do not use it for marketing. Please do not send us your backup file or sensitive records unless we specifically need them to solve a problem.
10. Your privacy rights
Because app data stays on your device, you already have full control over it: you can view, edit, export or delete it in the app at any time. For any personal data we hold about you (support emails), you have rights under the laws that apply to you:
- EU and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), or the authority where you live.
- Canada (PIPEDA): you can ask to access and correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you can ask to know, access, correct and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email acres@olgapp.dev. We may ask you to confirm that the email address is yours.
11. Children
OLG Land is not intended for children under 13 (under 15 in France). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
Your app data is protected by your iPhone's own security features, such as your passcode and Face ID or Touch ID. Keep your device locked and up to date, and keep backup files in a safe place, since they are not encrypted.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how the app or website handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
